Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website localmediaworks.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Local Media Works ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Local Media Works is a growth strategy and digital services agency. The Site provides information about our services, showcases our work, and offers ways to contact us. The Site itself does not constitute a service agreement — formal engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Local Media Works and our clients.

Client Work and Portfolio

Case studies, before-and-after comparisons, and project showcases displayed on the Site are presented with the knowledge and consent of the respective clients. The underlying intellectual property of client projects belongs to the respective clients unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our presentation of this work on the Site does not transfer any ownership rights to visitors.

"Local Media Works," "EatLocal," "BirthdayDeals," and related logos and brand elements are trademarks or service marks of Local Media Works. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
